Chosen literatura: ON THE ROAD WITH CARAGIALE

Four well-known short stories authored by the most prominent Romanian playwright, Ion Luca Caragiale, namely, "C.F.R.", "Bubico", "The Visit" and "Mister Goe", are being restaged in a modern adaptation. The performance provides a realistic and decidedly humorous depiction of Romanian society.
An innovative aspect is that Bubico, Mr Goe and the notorious ladies of the times come together amid a multifunctional decor which dissolves the boundaries between stage and audience.
"On the Road with Caragiale" is the opera that will be played in Romania.

October 2019
On the 11th of October we celebrated #ErasmusDays2019 through a Talent Show. During this show, the students involved in the project showed their colleagues parts of the plays, or performed the songs.
We started to rehears the play "On The Road With Caragiale"
We chose the place where we will perform the play: Music hall of The National Music College "George Enescu".
We chose the costumes of the characters.
Also we organized an initial meeting with all the students involved in the play where we set the responsibilities of each one. We divided the student into four categories: musicians, actors, responsible for decorations and responsible for promoting the play.

January 2020
This month we made the dissemination of the play "On the Road with Caragiale". We made a contest about "The most original picture a la Caragiale"
We started to prepare for Turkish mobility. Our students started to read the play "The First Flying Man" and we made the first rehearsal.

Fabruary 2020
This month we got ready for the Turkish mobility.
Our traditional dance is Hora from Oltenia Region.
Our students had many rehearsals for the play.
Also, for the eTwinning competition, we had to prepare a traditional dance.

March 2020
In March we had to participate in the mobility in Istanbul, but unfortunately, due to the crisis caused by Coronavirus we couldn't attend the meeting.
But we stayed connected with the other partners by video meetings.
Also, at the beginning of March we organized "The day of open doors", an event attended by parents and students from all over the city, during which we presented the activities carried out until now in our project. Our students had many rehearsals for the play.

April 2020
Even we had to stay at home, we continued to work together. The students had online lessons every Monday and Wednesday.
In the first week, they met colleagues from other countries and get used with the characters.
Next week, they learned how to make the mask following Jorge's instructions.
After that, they learned how to put the nose and how to paint the mask.
Finally, they made their own masks.
Also. they learned the music of the play.
